Ben Stokes returned to England as their captain for the 2nd Test match against Pakistan. Recently, Stokes came for a press conference where he was asked about the Pakistan team and the fact that they have dropped a few players from the squad, including Babar Azam. Stokes had a pretty upfront answer to this question. According to Stokes, the English team isn't worried about who is playing for Pakistan since it's not their problem.
After a terrific performance, England also looks forward to winning the upcoming match. Stokes said, "Everything on that, that is Pakistan cricket's issue and has nothing to do with me." Pakistan's performance was absolutely disappointing as they scored 556 runs in the first innings but still went on to lose the game by an innings and 47 runs.

Even in a high-scoring game like this, Babar Azam scored 30 runs in the first innings and five runs in the second. This, along with his inconsistency, are the reasons behind his exclusion from the team. Moreover, the other players, too, haven't shown any active participation in the series, which is why they have been excluded.
Pakistan vs England 2nd Test match starts on October 15
England are all set to take on the Pakistan Cricket team in the 2nd Test match that will start on October 15. This is an important match for Pakistan to prove their worth since they have lost the first game and an entire series against Bangladesh. Now that Ben Stokes has returned as England's captain and a few Pakistan players are out of the series, the matches will get interesting.
