Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women skipper and star opener Smriti Mandhana is displaying a sensational performance with the bat in the ongoing fourth game of the WPL 2025. Mandhana and Co. are taking on Delhi Capitals Women (DC-W) at the Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara. The opening pair of Mandhana Danni Wyatt-Hodge are completely outplaying the DC-W bowlers in the second innings of the game.
Meanwhile, the RCB Women skipper Smriti Mandhana attracted the eyeballs for her spectacular and outstanding six off Arundhati Reddy in the fifth over of the second innings. The star Southpaw smashed an amazing lofted six over the covers on the second ball of the over.

Speaking of the action of the fourth WPL 2025 game between Delhi Capitals Women and Royal Challengers Bengaluru Women, the RCB skipper Smriti Mandhana won the toss and asked DC-W to bat first. Batting first, Meg Lanning and Co. were bundled out at the score of 141 runs in 19.3 overs. Star number three batter Jemimah Rodrigues scored 34 runs off 22 balls, with four fours and two sixes followed by wicketkeeper-batter Sarah Bryce’s 23 runs off 19 balls, with two fours.
Besides these two, none of the DC-W batters could cross or touch the individual mark of 20+ runs in the first innings.
Star RCB pacer Renuka Singh Thakur and leg spinner Georgia Wareham scalped three wickets each for their side conceding only 23 and 25 runs in their respective four-over stints. Apart from these two, Kim Garth and Ekta Bisht also bagged two wickets each.
While chasing the target of 142 runs, RCB Women had comfortably scored 112 runs for the loss of 1 wicket in 12 overs, with skipper Smriti Mandhana and star all-rounder there in the middle at the individual scores of 63 and 2 runs, respectively. Earlier in the innings, Danni Wyatt-Hodge played a crucial knock of 42 runs off 33 balls, with seven fours.
Mandhana-Wyatt duo stitched an outstanding opening partnership of 107 runs for the first wicket in just 10.5 overs during RCB’s run chase.
