Shaqkere Parris slammed the biggest six in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2024, which blew the spectators' minds. In the game against Guyana Amazon Warriors, Parris hit a 124-meter six, which became the fourth-highest six in the game's history. The six came in the second over of the 2nd innings when Trinbago Knight Riders chased 149 runs. 

He went on to score 29 runs off 29 balls, including two boundaries and two sixes. TKR showed some class act in the 2nd innings when they chased the score. It was a complete team effort as none of the batters scored a half-century, but they eventually won the game by five wickets. 

Tim David and Andre Russell took the team past the victory line as they stayed around till the end. While David scored 31 runs off 24 balls, including one boundary and two sixes, Russell smashed 36 runs off just 15 balls, including one boundary and four huge sixes. Russell won the Player of the Match award for his brilliant batting effort. 

It feels good to be back in the middle: Andre Russell

In the match against Guyana Amazon Warriors, Andre Russell wreaked havoc on the bowlers and went on hit four huge and magnificent sixes. He scored 36 runs off 15 balls, which helped TKR win the game.

He is an extraordinary batter, and the world is aware of him. He came into bat after struggling with an ankle injury, showing his dedication toward the game. Hence, his comeback was a great one. 

"It feels good to be back in the middle. Struggling since that ankle injury, but these guys have been doing an amazing job to get me back on the field. Doing whatever the physio wants me to do, that needs some dedication. I know I can hit sixes, I know David is a six-hitter as well," said Andre Russell at the post-match presentation.
