During the first innings of the second semifinal of the ongoing ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2024 between India and England, Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar engaged in a fun conversation where the opener assured SKY of scoring runs if the balls came into his slot. After this conversation, Rohit hit a huge six, which helped him and the team gain confidence in their batting spell.

The video goes viral on social media displaying fun conversation, which was undoubtedly entertaining for the audience to watch. The Mumbai boys certainly know how to cheer each other up during tense situations, and today's match was one such example.

India scored 171 runs in the first innings courtesy of Rohit Sharma's half-century, and Suryakumar Yadav's 47 runs off 37 balls. Sharma went on to hit two huge sixes along with six boundaries, while SKY hit two sixes and four boundaries. Both batters stayed in the middle, which helped India reach a good total. If the bowlers do their part, India will be able to qualify for the finals and face South Africa for the first time in the tournament.

'The pitch is staying low and slow' - Liam Livingstone on Guyana's pitch after first innings

After the first innings, England's all-rounder Liam Livingstone opened up about the Providence Stadium, Guyana's pitch, which had become slow due to the constant rain from the past few days. Moreover, England did well in stopping India from getting a better score than 171 runs. While India seemed to be some 10-15 runs short, the bowlers will leave no chance to disappoint the crowd.

"The pitch is staying low and slow, we knew that let's see how it does in the second innings, hopefully, we'll chase it down, have a lot of firepower in that dressing room, I hope we'll go past the line," said Liam Livingstone.
