Keeper-batter Rishabh Pant is known for his quirky and unique way of batting, which causes mild heartache for all fans worldwide. During the 1st T20I against Sri Lanka, Pant pulled off a similar stunt where his bat went in the air with the ball. Eventually, the ball went to the boundary and gave more confidence to the batter.

The video went viral on social media as the fans enjoyed Pant's batting and the uniqueness with which he hit the shots. Even though he is an authentic batter, sometimes his shots do give stress to the viewers.

Pant scored 49 runs off 33 balls, where in the first 23 balls, he scored 29 runs, and in the last 10 balls, he scored 20 runs. He converted his strike rate as the ball started hitting his bat after a point. He scored six boundaries and one six in his innings.

India's epic show continues

Talk about batting or bowling, Indian cricketers are rocking the game in the Lankan islands. While bating, India scored 213 runs, and with the ball, Axar Patel and Arshdeep Singh were phenomenal. It was an easy win for Sri Lanka, but India made a solid comeback after the 15th over and turned the game on their behalf.

In between several misfields and missed catches, India managed to make a comeback by the end of the game. The Sri Lankan batting attack failed miserably, and hence, they lost the first match of the series. However, they still have two more matches to make a comeback just like the Men in Blue.
