India's T20 captain, Suryakumar Yadav, has shown the world why he's given such a huge responsibility out of nowhere. In the 1st T20I against Sri Lanka, SKY hit a huge six on Dilshan Madushanka's as soon as he entered the crease. It was the classic SKY's trademark shot, 'Supla Shot' which is quite famous worldwide. Even though it looks extremely easy, picking up the length and going after the ball is a tough job, and SKY has mastered it.

The six was just 75 meters, but it looked like it was out of the ground as soon as he hit it. Madushanka was shocked by how the shot went that far, but the fans loved their captain's trademark shot.

It was Sri Lanka's decision to field first on winning the toss. After seeing their bowlers' performance, looks like it was a huge mistake. In 13 overs, India are already 150 runs with skipper Suryakumar Yadav's 58 runs off 26 balls.

Jaiswal, Gill steals the show for India

The Indian openers were on a roll as they scored 74 runs in the powerplay. Yashasvi Jaiswal started the match with a boundary, and Shubman Gill continued the momentum, scoring two more in the same over. Moving on, they kept going and attacking most of the bowlers, which helped them score half a century in the powerplay.

Jaiswal scored five boundaries and two sixes, while Gill scored four boundaries and one six. Then came in SKY, who scored 58 runs off 26 balls, including eight boundaries and two sixes. It was one of the best batting efforts by the batters, and now it will be the bowlers' job to keep up the momentum of the game.
