Rishabh Pant was seen working on his batting in the nets session ahead of the T20 World Cup warm-up game against Bangladesh on Saturday. In a video put out by the BCCI, Rishabh Pant could be seen with Suryakumar Yadav and be heard telling him how much he missed being part of the team.

The 26-year-old then padded up and faced off against Hardik Pandya who has made it to the USA. Rishabh Pant during his chat said to the BCCI channel that he was looking forward to the tournament and giving his best for India.

Recently Rishabh Pant was talking to Shikhar Dhawan on his chat show where he spoke about the difficulties he faced after his accident. “Self-belief and self-confidence are very important while recovering from an injury because people are saying all sorts of things around you, and you, as an individual, have to think about what's good for you. The accident was a life-changing experience for me”

The Indian star also said “When I got up after it, I was not even sure if I would be alive, but God was very kind to save me. I could not even brush my teeth for two months, and for six to seven months, I suffered from unbearable pain. I could not go to the airport because I was nervous about facing people in a wheelchair”
