Former legendary India skipper MS Dhoni has been in the headlines for some of his heartfelt actions off the field. He has not been in cricketing action for almost the last 10 months since he played last in the Indian Premier League 2024 for the Chennai Super Kings.

Meanwhile, Dhoni attracted the eyeballs for some heartfelt dance moves with his wife Sakshi during a wedding ceremony on Valentine’s Day. The couple enjoyed a memorable Valentine's Day with a romantic dance at a marriage function.

Speaking of his love for vintage Bollywood songs, Dhoni has been expressing himself in the form of songs, be it singing ‘Main Pal Do Pal Ka Shayar’ in a gathering with defence personnel or using the same song while announcing his retirement from all forms of international cricket. 

The former legendary skipper will be back in cricketing action in the upcoming Indian Premier League 2025 for the five-time champions, Chennai Super Kings (CSK). In this year’s edition, he will be playing as an uncapped player for CSK as he has been retired from international cricket. The yellow outfits picked Dhoni as an uncapped player for an amount of INR 4 crores in their IPL 2025 squad.

Notably, Dhoni had led the CSK to win the five IPL titles in the 17-year-long history of the tournament. They are now the joint-most successful teams in the tournament’s history, alongside Mumbai Indians who have also won five IPL trophies.

Ardent MS Dhoni and CSK fans are eagerly waiting for him to be a part of the upcoming 18th edition of the Indian Premier League.
