Meanwhile, Young RR pacer Kwena Maphaka has left everyone awestruck with his sensational athleticism and amazing fielding abilities in this game.

Earlier in the innings, Maphaka took the catch off Yudhvir Singh to dismiss CSK’s number three batter Urvil Patel. But what attracted the eyeballs was the sensational low catch he took off Tushar Deshpande on the fifth ball of the sixth over.

It happened when Deshpande bowled a fuller-length delivery and Mhatre went to hit the shot with the intention of a six. But he ended up making ball contact with the bottom of the bat, which couldn’t be timed well. The ball went up air in the deep region and Maphaka came running from his position at the boundary line to dive for a stunning low catch.

CSK batting fumbles after Ayush Mhatre’s quick knock

Speaking of the current action of the game between CSK and RR, the yellow outfits are currently struggling at the score of 86 runs for the loss of 5 wickets in 9 overs. They have lost wickets at regular intervals. Dewald Brevis and Shivam Dube are there in the middle with the individual scores of 15 and 1 run, respectively.
