CSK are looking in big trouble during their run chase of the 182-run target against the Rajasthan Royals in the ongoing 11th game of the Indian Premier League 2025 (IPL 2025). The CSK faced a big blow when star RR pacer gave a big blow, dismissing in-form opener Rachin Ravindra on the fourth ball of the first over.

Rachin was dismissed by Archer for a duck, getting him caught by wicketkeeper Dhruv Jurel to provide an early success for the hosts RR in this all-important game. Notably, New Zealand was coming off an unbeaten 65 and 41-run knock, respectively, in the last two games.

Speaking of the current action of the game, the Chennai Super Kings have scored only 12 runs for the loss of 1 wicket in 3.5 overs. Opener Rahul Tripathi and skipper Ruturaj Gaikwad are there in the middle with individual scores of 5 and 7 runs, respectively.

Jofra Archer has bowled brilliantly, scalping 1 wicket at just 1 run in his 2 overs so far, with a sensational economy rate of 0.50.

Earlier in the first innings, the Rajasthan Royals posted a decent total of 182 runs for the loss of 9 wickets in the allotted 20 overs amidst a batting collapse. Star number three batter Nitish Rana smashed a fiery knock of 81 runs off just 36 balls, with 10 fours and five sixes, followed by skipper Riyan Parag’s 37 runs off 28 balls, with two fours and two sixes.

Besides Rana and Parag, skipper Sanju Samson and middle-order batter Shimron Hetmyer also added 20 and 19 runs, respectivel,y for RR. 

Khaleel Ahmed, Noor Ahmed, and Matheesha Pathirana also claimed 2 wickets each for CSK in the first innings, alongside a wicket each bagged by Ravichandran Ashwin.
