After a terrific spell on the fourth day of the Boxing Day Test match, Jasprit Bumrah landed himself in trouble with a no-ball in the last over of the fourth day. Nathan Lyon was batting on 35 runs when Bumrah bowled an outside off-stump ball, and the batter nicked it.

The ball went straight to KL Rahul, who was standing in the 3rd slip. He took the catch but failed to catch the ball, but it somehow got stuck between his legs without touching the ground. While the players jumped with happiness, the on-field umpire signalled no-ball, breaking the hearts of millions of Indian fans.

Lyon and Scott Boland made a 10th-wicket partnership of 50 runs, helping Australia take the lead by 333 runs. These runs will prove vital for India since chasing anything above 300 runs on the last day will be difficult. Bumrah claimed four wickets and was about to get a fifer, but the no-ball turned out expensive for him.

He’s gonna feel bad enough as it is for putting a catch down: Mike Hussey

Australia's former cricketer Mike Hussey took a jibe at the Indian skipper Rohit Sharma for taking out his frustration on Yashasvi Jaiswal's dropped catch. Hussey had a simple argument that the skipper should have supported the player at that moment since he would have been nervous about dropping the catch. Hence, the skipper's reaction wasn't justified at that moment.

"I’ve got to be honest, I don’t like that reaction from the Indian skipper. I appreciate he’s emotional, and he desperately wants wickets, but you’re the one who has to send the message of calm and support. No-one means to drop a catch. He’s gonna feel bad enough as it is for putting a catch down, especially someone like Marnus Labuschagne, it happens quickly, it’s in, it’s out. You don’t need to see that as a young player," said Mike Hussey on Fox Sports.
