The star MI pace spearhead Jasprit Bumrah once again proved his mettle with a terrific delivery against KKR in the ongoing 60th match of the IPL 2024. Bumrah came to bowl his spell’s first over in the second over of the KKR’s first innings. He left the star in-form KKR opener Sunil Narine completely clueless.

It was on the very first ball of the second over when Bumrah bowled an unbelievable yorker at the off stump. Narine tried to leave the ball as he thought it to be missing the off stump. However, his plan backfired as Bumrah nailed the yorker to get his off-stump.

It was also the first-ever golden duck for Narine in the ongoing IPL 2024; Narine was dismissed at the team’s score of 10 runs in the second over. The video of this amazing off-side yorker from Jasprit Bumrah to Sunil Narine has also made rounds on social media as soon as it was shared by IPL from their official X handle (formerly Twitter).

Here’s the video of Sunil Narine’s unbelievable dismissal by Jasprit Bumrah:

In the first innings, the Knight Riders managed a score of 157 runs. Venkatesh Iyer was the highest scorer of the innings with 42 runs in 21 balls. Nitish Rana (33), Andre Russell (24), and Rinku Singh (20) also played small cameos in the match.

For Mumbai, Jasprit Bumrah and Piyush Chawla were the pick of the bowlers with two wickets each. Meanwhile, Nuwan Thushara and Anshul Kamboj also picked up a wicket each.

Notably, the table toppers KKR will be eyeing winning this match and making it to the playoff stage of the current season of the tournament. On the other hand, the five-time Champions, Mumbai Indians have already been eliminated from the tournament with only 4 wins in the 12 matches they have played so far, including 8 defeats.
