Bangladesh beat the West Indies by 80 runs to whitewash the hosts and win the three-match T20I series 3-0. There was a massive moment of controversy that happened when Bangladesh were batting. Jaker Ali played the ball towards the square leg region and set for a quick run. Speaking at the end of the day, Litton Das said, “We played really well in Test cricket and ODI also; unfortunately, we did not win, but we had the confidence. We know we have a very good bowling wicket and if we score well, we have the bowling to defend.”

Skipper Rovman Powell said, “It's just wickets in clusters; if we lose wickets in the first and second overs, you are always going to struggle. This has been the case for the last 8 games or so. We have some time to correct them now.”
