Sydney Sixers' star Jack Edwards pulled off an amazing catch during the first playoff game against Hobart Hurricanes on Tuesday. The catch can be counted as one of the best in the history of the Big Bash League (BBL) which left even former wicketkeeper Adam Gilchrist stunned.
The incident happened in the second ball of the seventh over with Mitchell Perry bowling to Matthew Wade. The young pacer bowled a length ball that Wade tried to cut behind the point region. Edwards flung himself to his right to take an amazing one-handed grab that had Gilchrist leaping off his seat.
