The countdown for the Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024 has begun. In just one month from today, India will be playing the 1st Test match in Australia. The enthusiasm and zeal of the match are already seen in the Australian players as they have challenged the Indian attack once again. Recently, Star Sports came out with a video featuring star Aussie players like Marnus Laguchagne, Mitchell Starc, Pat Cummins, Usman Khawaja and Nathan Lyon.

In the video, Marnus Laguchagne said, "It's time to settle the score". The desperation level of all the Australian players is quite evident in the video as they want to lay their hands on the trophy. 

Australia haven't won the BGT series for a long time now and they will be super excited and thrilled to participate in this one. The vengeance is surely alive in the hearts of the players and they will perform accordingly. 

The ICC committee feels the Pink ball Tests have brought more people into the stadiums: ICC Source

The International Cricket Council (ICC) is taking adequate measures to promote Pink Ball Test matches throughout the world. As per an unknown source, the Board is trying to schedule more such Test matches to get better engagement from the fans as they have shown more interest in this. 

The source while speaking to the newspaper said, "The ICC committee feels the Pink ball Tests have brought more people into the stadiums. Recently one saw very poor turnouts in Pakistan. The three pink-ball Tests in India sold more tickets than usual. Test-playing nations must be encouraged to schedule more pink-ball Tests."
