Once again the Pakistan players have successfully attracted controversy with a video uploaded by the white-ball skipper Babar Azam. Babar uploaded a video of Azam Khan in which the young batter was seen using foreign currency notes to wipe off sweat which didn't settle well with the audience. Fans have heavily criticised the players and the skipper for making fun of the notes and have termed the act 'Shameless' and called out Azam for mocking the poor with his actions.

The video was uploaded on social media where Babar was heard asking Azam, "Abba, kya hua hai? Garmi hai? (What happened? Is it hot?)". Khan then says, "Bahot zyada garmi hai (it's too hot)", and then is seen wiping his sweat with British currency notes. All the players present on the bus were heard laughing because of Azam's act.
