The SA20 2025 has finally concluded, and this time, MI Cape Town has lifted its maiden trophy by defeating the two-time champion Sunrisers Eastern Cape by 76 runs. The dominance of the SEC has finally ended, with MI lifting the trophy. It was a brilliant game of cricket, as the stakes were too high for both teams. Another interesting thing happened during the match that took the audience by surprise.
In the 16.3 overs, Connor Esterhuizen went on to hit a six off Aiden Markram, and the ball went off to the crowd. But there was a fan who tried taking the catch but instead fell off the upper stands, and when he landed on the lower stands, his pants came off. It was a terrible accident, and the people present around him were confused and worried at the same. The seriousness of the injury is not known yet.
