India and England are clashing against each other in the third match of the ongoing five-match T20I series in Rajkot. India have taken a 2-0 lead over the visitors by winning the first two matches of the series. England batted first again in the series duriing the third match and put 172 runs on the scoreboard.
Meanwhile, during the second innings of the match, England’s star spinner, Adil Rashid, produced a magical delivery to dismiss India’s in-form batter Tilak Varma. Rashid bowled a tossed up delivery outside off, Tilak tried to play a cut shot but the ball turned into him sharply. He had no chance of getting his bat in line as the ball crashed into the stumps, dismissing him on 18 runs.

Brilliant bowling spell by Varun Chakravarthy
Talking about the match, India won the toss and elected to bowl first for the third straight time in the series. The decision didn’t look good initially as Ben Duckett and Jos Buttler provided a cracking start to the team, amassing over 50 runs inside the powerplay. They stitched a 76-run stand for the second wicket.
However, as Varun Chakravarthy dismissed Buttler in the ninth over, wickets starts falling like a pack of cards. Chakravarthy dismantled the England batting lineup with a magnificent five-wicket haul. Duckett scored a great half-century but was sent back to the pavilion by Axar Patel soon after Buttler’s dismissal.

There were some fireworks from Liam Livingstone but he got no support from other batters. Apart from Chakravarthy, Hardik Pandya claimed two wickets while Axar and Ravi Bishnoi also clinched one wicket each to restrict the English team on just 172 runs.
