Virat Kohli, the former captain of India, recently finished building a vacation house in Alibaug, a seaside town south of Mumbai.  The brand-new vacation rental is situated in the gated community of Awas Living, Alibaug, which has a spa and wellness center in addition to a small number of villas. In 2022, Kohli and Anushka paid approximately Rs 19 crore for an 8-acre plot of land on which their vacation house was constructed.  The property, which is 10,000 square feet in size, has a Jacuzzi, four baths, a custom kitchen, a temperature-controlled pool, a large garden, covered parking, staff quarters, and more.  Turkish limestones, Italian marble, and immaculate stones are also on display at the site.  To build the villa, Kohli reportedly spent between Rs 10.5 crore and Rs 13 crore.

Gautam Gambhir's residence in Delhi is well-equipped with comfort and style. The property has floor-to-ceiling windows that provide expansive views of verdant surroundings contrast with the interior's mix of white and brown hues. The large rooms are decorated with chandeliers, cozy oak furniture, and beautiful artwork.  Beyond appearances, Gambhir's home has some features, such as a swimming pool, a large patio for lounging, and a fully furnished gym where he keeps up his exercise routine.  Gambhir owns two other opulent residences in Delhi, totaling Rs 15 crore, in addition to his primary residence. He has also invested in Karol Bagh and Old Rajinder Nagar homes to round up his real estate holdings.
