Former Pakistan skipper added that Dhoni asked about the kid, to which he replied, ‘he is my son.

Furthermore, the former Champions Trophy-winning skipper also spoke about the friendly and respectful relations between the cricketers of both countries.  Sarfaraz feels that the matches between India and Pakistan in the marquee international tournaments have played a vital role in improving the relations between the players of both countries.

“While the lack of bilateral series has affected interactions to some extent, the matches that do take place, especially back-to-back encounters, have led to improved relations. Whenever Indian and Pakistani players meet, there is always mutual respect and friendship, after matches it’s not uncommon to see players like Shoaib Malik, Yuvraj Singh, Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, and others sitting together, chatting and enjoying each other's company,” he said during the same interview.
