The second edition of the Major League Cricket campaign (MLC) is all set to kick off on Saturday, July 6. Texas Super Kings (TEX) will lock horns against the Los Angeles Knight Riders (LAS) in the second match of the tournament at 6 a.m. IST at Grand Prairie Stadium in Dallas. 

The Faf du Plessis-led Super Kings finished second in the 2023 MLC with three wins and two losses. They lost to the Seattle Orcas in the Qualifiers of the last edition. On the other hand, the Knight Riders failed to make it to the playoffs and ended up in the last spot with just a single win and four losses. Sunil Narine and Co. will aim to put up an impressive campaign this time around.
