The highly anticipated upcoming ICC T20 World Cup 2024, in the USA and West Indies, is just around the corner; the tournament is set to commence on June 1 with the inaugural match between the co-hosts USA and Canada at the Grand Prairie Stadium in Grand Prairie. The marquee international tournament is going to be a tough battle between the bat and the ball.

However, the eyes of the fans and the experts will also be on the top wicketkeepers across the top-10 ranked teams in the tournament.

Having said that, here we’ll have a look at the top 10 wicketkeepers for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. The list includes the wicketkeepers from the top-10 ranked teams among the 20 participating teams in the tournament.

10. Litton Das – Bangladesh

8. Rahmanullah Gurbaz – Afghanistan

Gurbaz has played 55 matches so far, scoring 1376 runs with the bat, hitting a century and 7 half-centuries.

7. Kusal Mendis – Sri Lanka

The senior Sri Lanka wicketkeeper-batter Kusal Mendis has been one of the most consistent performers for his national side in the shortest format of the game. Mendis made his T20I debut 8 years back in 2016; since then, he has played 64 T20Is and has scored 1554 runs, with 14 half-centuries on his credit.

5. Devon Conway – New Zealand

The veteran Kiwi wicketkeeper-batter made his international debut quite a bit late but still, he has amazed everyone with his impressive numbers in the 4-year-long T20I career. Buttler has a mammoth T20I career of almost 13 years, with 115 T20Is on his name, hitting 3011 runs with the bat, having an average of 35.42, hitting 1 century and 23 half-centuries.

Talking about his excellent records behind the wickets, he has 77 dismissals on his credit, with 65 catches and 11 stumps.
