The cricket fraternity is currently centred on the ongoing Indian Premier League 2024, the biggest T20 cricket franchise tournament. Meanwhile, the fans and the experts of the game are also looking ahead eagerly to the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024, which is set to be held in June in the USA and West Indies.

Amidst all this, the former India cricketers and the experts are picking up their 15 members as a choice for the Indian squad for the upcoming T20 World Cup 2024. In the same line of events, India’s former World T20 Champion off-spinner, Harbhajan Singh has come up with his 15 picks for India’s squad to represent the country in the upcoming prestigious cricket biennial.

In a shocking selection, Harbhajan Singh did not pick the star India all-rounder Hardik Pandya in India’s squad for the World Cup. Pandya is currently leading the Mumbai Indians in the ongoing Indian Premier League 2024.

Besides that, Singh also included the star CSK all-rounder Shivam Dube and LSG’s pace bowling sensation Mayank Yadav in India’s World Cup squad. The turbanator picked up two big names namely, skipper Rohit Sharma and former skipper Virat Kohli in the top order of India’s batting attack, alongside young batter Yashasvi Jaiswal, World no. T20I batter Suryakumar Yadav and star wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant.

Alongside Rishabh Pant, Bhajji picked the Rajasthan Royals skipper and the second wicketkeeping choice for India in the T20 World Cup 2024.

Rohit Sharma (C), Yashasvi Jaiswal, Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant (WK), Sanju Samson (WK), Rinku Singh, Shivam Dube, Ravindra Jadeja, Yuzvendra Chahal, Kuldeep Yadav, Jasprit Bumrah, Avesh Khan, Arshdeep Singh, and Mayank Yadav.

India will start their T20 World Cup 2024 campaign on June 5 with the first match against Ireland at Nassau County International Cricket Stadium, New York.
