MS Dhoni's involvement in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) seasons is at stake, and everything now depends upon the BCCI. Speaking about this, MS Dhoni said he is waiting for the rules and regulations from the Board and, after that, will take any decision. Moreover, Dhoni's dedication to the Super Kings is evident, as he has served them for years. Hence, he also mentioned that the decision would be taken in favour of the team.

"There is a lot of time for it," Dhoni, who turned 43 in July, said at an event in Hyderabad. "We have to see what decision they take on player retention etc. Right now, the ball is not in our court. So, once the rules and regulations get formalised, I will take a call, but needs to be in the best interest of the team," said MS Dhoni at an event.

Earlier this year, MS Dhoni passed the baton to Ruturaj Gaikwad, who did well in the IPL 2024. Under him, CSK almost qualified for the playoffs, but RCB beat them in the last game. Thus, they had to finish in the 5th position. Gaikwad is almost a copy of MS Dhoni, and CSK will prosper under him in the upcoming years.

I admire Dhoni for the person that he is: Swapnil Kusale

India's bronze medal winner in the Olympics, Swapnil Kusale, talked about how he admires MS Dhoni because of his calm nature. The star-shooter Kusale was the third-medal winner for India in the Paris Olympics. He played incredibly well against the other players and made India proud internationally.

I don't follow anyone specific in the shooting world. Outside of that, I admire Dhoni for the person that he is. My sport requires me to be as calm and patient as he is on the field. I also relate to his story as I am a ticket collector like he was," said bronze medal winner Swapnil Kusale.
