IPL 2024: Top 3 player battles to watch out for in the MI vs RCB match

The 25th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 is between the Mumbai Indians (MI) and the Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) at the Wankhade Stadium, Mumbai. The two oldest teams of the IPL will be facing each other in the epic clash as both teams are struggling after winning only one match and are at the bottom of the points table. Moreover, both teams have a classic history against each other and hence, this clash will be worth watching for the viewers. Also, since the players have played a lot of cricket against each other, the battle between them makes the game fun and contesting.

1. Virat Kohli vs Jasprit Bumrah:

The batting and bowling stalwarts of India, Virat Kohli and Jasprit Bumrah know their game quite well. 2. Faf Du Plessis vs Piyush Chawla:

Faf du Plessis and Piyush Chawla are one of the most experienced players in the tournament. They have done enough for their teams and have come a long way in changing franchises. However, one thing that remained common was the battle between them. Du Plessis has scored 68 runs off 64 balls while Chawla has managed to take his wicket only once. As per stats, Faf has an upper hand on the spinner and it will be interesting to see if it remains in this match as well. 

3. Ishan Kishan vs Mohammed Siraj:

The two Indian players, Ishan Kishan and Mohammed Siraj have had a great tournament so far. Ishan has been an asset for the MI team and Siraj has evolved as a player under Virat Kohli. Both of them have shown efforts to improve their game and have reached the position where they are now. Moreover, if we talk about their battle, Ishan has played around 40 balls and scored 50 runs while Siraj has dismissed him twice.
