The ongoing 2nd Test match between India and Bangladesh isn't going as expected due to the unwanted interruption of the rain. Only 107 overs of play has been possible in two days, and it seems like the entire Test match will be abandoned due to excessive rain. The fans at Green Park, Kanpur, will have to wait for one more day to watch their favourite players take on the field.

Bangladesh's performance in the first game wasn't as expected because of the way the batters performed throughout the game. They lost wickets at regular intervals, due to which the match slipped out of their hand. They lost the game by 280 runs, which was quite disappointing for them. Bangladesh had a brilliant series against Pakistan but couldn't convert it against India.

Pitch Report

The Green Park, Kanpur pitch will be extremely slow, and the effects of rain will be seen quite clearly. The pitch will be completely different from the one at the Chepauk, which favoured the spinners more. Moreover, the overcast condition might be in favour of the bowlers more than the batters since the ball will swing more, which will be beneficial for tall batters.

Weather Report

As per the weather report, the chances of rain on day three are slightly lower than on the other days. The players might get a chance to play, but a complete 80 overs game might not be possible. The overcast conditions wouldn't help the batters much since the ball will swing and the pacer bowlers will get the most out of it.
