India started on a steady note, with Yashasvi Jaiswal and KL Rahul batting comfortably. However, after Rahul's dismissal, wickets kept falling at regular intervals. After a brilliant bowling display, the batters failed to impress yet again. With this, Australia are back in the game.

At the end of day two, India are leading the game by 145 runs with just four wickets in hand. Ravindra Jadeja and Washington Sundar are India's last hopes, and they can put up a good partnership on the board.

Every day can’t be a good day: Rohit Sharma

India's regular skipper Rohit Sharma spoke about the captain's responsibility in the Indian team and how things are managed within the team. While talking with the commentators, Rohit highlighted the importance of having the right mentality while playing with 11 players on the team.

"See as a leader, every day can’t be a good day. You have to accept that. And what you were doing right three months before, it doesn’t go bad in three months. Your mindset is the same. The captaincy I was doing 5-6 months ago, I have the same mindset, same ideology, same thought process, same messaging. But, sometimes, the results don’t come our way. Then people say ‘This guy is bad, what’s happening?', said Rohit Sharma.
