Australian batter Travis Head is looking forward to the battle with Jasprit Bumrah at his home ground in Adelaide. It was Bumrah who dismissed Head in the second innings of the Perth Test with the batter looking dangerous. Head scored 82 runs and gave the home team faint hopes of making a match during the opening Test.

While speaking to the media, Head praised Bumrah and said, “Jasprit will go down as probably one of the greatest fast bowlers to play the game. I think we're finding that at the moment -- how challenging he can be, and it's nice to play against that.”

The Australian star also said, “It's gonna be nice to go back and look at your career and go tell the grandkids that you faced him. So not a bad series of playing with him. Hopefully I'll face a few more times, but he has been challenging.”

Travis Head recollects last game in Adelaide versus India

Rohit Sharma and his side will make their way to the Adelaide Oval in a bid to forget the scars of the game in 2020. Virat Kohli was the captain when India scored their lowest Test score of 36/9 and lost to the home team by 8 wickets. None of India’s batters managed to reach double figures in the 2nd innings.

Recollecting the game, the Aussie star said, “I remember that it was a quick test, so it was good. We got to enjoy all of the bits of Adelaide afterwards. It'll be nice to do that again. Don't know if we can revisit. It wouldn't take very long to watch it. I don't think that will happen this week."

Travis head also said, “It's been a long time since we played one (pink ball), India got another look at it last night. Everyone's well experienced enough, especially that team as well, that in your international level. I think you can accustomed to things pretty quickly. I don't think it'll take them long to be prepared for it, and same as us."

Meanwhile, former England pacer Steve Finn has praised Bumrah and his raw talents. It is to be noted that India’s pacer will turn 31 on the first day of the 2nd Test against Australia.

During his chat with Alastair Cook on TNT Sports, Finn said, “Jaiswal scored that brilliant 161. But the player that I loved watching and that I think is actually the best player in the world, bar none at the moment, is Jasprit Bumrah. He is just—he's a joke, honestly. You watch him bowl, and you just think, I'm glad that I don't have to strap my pads on,"
