The International Cricket Council (ICC) has released 'The ICC Anthem' as a single composed and acclaimed film and television composer Lorne Balfe. The anthem is available on all the streaming platforms, and fans can listen to it now. The anthem is a mix of the ICC and World Cup events, which soothes the hearing experience of the fans.

"We are pleased with how well the anthem was received at the recent Men’s T20 World Cup. It played well in stadiums on match days, and its various cuts were implemented brilliantly on broadcast. By the end of the event, it felt like a long-standing part of the event and we look forward to cementing its place during the upcoming ICC Women’s T20 World Cup in the UAE," said the ICC Head of Events, Chris Tetley.

The video was recorded at the iconic Abbey Road Recording Studios in London and was released during the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup in the West Indies and the USA. The fans loved the video when ICC released a behind-the-scenes film showcasing the creation of the anthem. The film was mostly about giving the fans an experience of the creative process as well as the recording session at the Abbey Road Recording Studios.

The World Test Championship (WTC) 2025 to be held at Lord's

The third WTC is scheduled to be played from June 11 to June 15, 2025, at the iconic Lord's Stadium in London. The match also has a reserve day in case the game will be interrupted by rain since it will be summer in England.

The previous two venues for the WTC were Southampton (2021) and the Oval (2023). India played in both the finals of the WTC, once with New Zealand and once with Australia. India are currently in the first position in the points table, and if they manage to win most of the upcoming series, they'll qualify for the finals.
