The Indian Premier League (IPL) has been scouting young talents for years now. During the IPL 2024, Mayank Yadav became a sensation for delivering some fastballs consistently, which was a shocker for the fans. The best part about the bowler is the way he maintains his line and length along with the speed. This is what makes him unique. However, due to injuries during the IPL 2024, Yadav was sent to the NCA for proper treatment, and his comeback is long due.

Talking about the player and his comeback, BCCI Secretary Jay Shah provided an update during the press conference with TOI. As per the Secretary, "I cannot give you any answer on Mayank Yadav as there is no guarantee whether he will be in the team or not. But he is potentially a good fast bowler, and we are looking after him. He is currently in the NCA."

Mayank played only a few matches in the IPL 2024 but claimed seven wickets with an economy of 6.99. He bowled at a pace of 156.7 mph, his career-best until now, and also the only Indian to reach such a pace in the IPL. He got the limelight in the early stage, and now, the world remembers him for his brilliant bowling. He was a part of the LSG team.

Ishan Kishan smashes century in Buchi Babu tournament

India's keeper-batter Ishan Kishan smashed a brilliant century in the ongoing Buchi Babu tournament for Jharkhand. Several months later Ishan Kishan made a wonderful comeback with his brilliant performance, which was a slap on everyone's face who criticized him for his absence from cricket.

The 26-year-old scored 114 runs from just 107 balls. This was nothing less than a reminder for the selectors to keep him in their minds while making the teams for the Bangladesh series. After several controversies, Ishan's comeback was evidence of his passion and love for the game. Now that the Duleep trophy is coming ahead, his consistent score will matter much more than anything.
