'He said that he has seen miracles with this team' - Former India cricketer sheds light on GT's approach ahead of game against KKR

According to Aakash Chopra, there is yet a chance for the Gujarat Titans (GT) to perform a miracle and make it to the IPL 2024 playoffs. On Monday, May 13, GT will play against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in Ahmedabad. Eighth in the points table, the Titans have 10 points from 12 games with a net run rate of -1.063. To have any hope of making the playoffs, they will have to win a ton of their final two league games. 

"If Gujarat don't win this match, their tournament will be over. However, before leaving after the last match, Shubman Gill said that he has seen miracles with this team. So another miracle might be loading, for all we know," said Aakash Chopra in his YouTube video. 

Moreover, Chopra predicted that the KKR would likely win Monday's game in a video he posted on his YouTube channel. He did say that the GT might pull off a stunning comeback and still qualify for the postseason.

Shubman Gill, the captain of Gujarat Titans (GT) was seen happy after winning the game against CSK. As GT's qualifying hopes are still alive, Gill is confident that they'll make it to the playoffs this time. He also spoke about his partnership with Sai Sudarshan in the match and said that he enjoyed batting with him the whole time. 

"When you've got 100k people supporting you, becomes easier. Just the freeness of it. When we were batting out there, we didn't have any targets in mind. Were just maximising the opportunities in front of us. We have a good camaraderie between us. Even last year we batted a lot together. Lot of fun batting with him," said Shubman Gill at the post-match presentation.
