A video has gone viral on social media in which Gautam Gambhir was visibly unhappy with the pitch curator at The Oval during India's net session ahead of the fifth and final Test of the series between India and England. Gambhir grilled the curator at The Oval and pointed his fingers at the official, which did not go well with the fans.

The video was captured from the stands far away from the pitch and hence it wasn't possible to decode the reason behind the confrontation. However, from the visuals, it was evident that a conversation took place between the duo regarding something during the practice session. As per reports, the Oval curator had something to say, which did not go well with Gambhir.

The Indian Head Coach did not want to hear anything from the Pitch Curator. It seemed as if the duo had a conversation over the pitch as they pointed at it. The Indian players, however, were focused on the practice session, as some of the batters received throwdowns, whille the bowlers worked on their action, thythm, and pace.

Fans criticize Gautam Gambhir for his actions against the Oval's Pitch Curator

For a brief period, one of the throwdown specialsts tried to control the situation by intervening. He had a talk with the curator and tried to keep him and Gambhir away from each other. However, Gambhir came back and continued to grill the Oval pitch curator in the video which has gone viral on social media.

Gambhir even pointed his fore fingers, which was his aggressive stance on the curator. Fans wondered what the conversation and the point of discussion could be between the duo. Many criticized the Indian Head Coach for his behavior against a top match official like the pitch curator.
