Rishabh Pant now captain of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) will take on his former side Delhi Capitals (DC) on Monday, March 24. The fourth game of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 season will be played in Visakhapatnam which will host Delhi’s matches early in the campaign. 

Dr YS Rajasekara Reddy ACA-VDCA cricket stadium has already hosted 15 games in the league so far. The ground is known to favour the batters as the boundaries are smaller in size compared to the rest of the stadiums in India. Delhi Capitals has played four games at this venue and have won twice and lost twice. Their last match at this venue was against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) which saw Delhi lose by a massive 106 runs. 

Visakhapatnam will host just two games during this season of the IPL. The second and final game will see hosts Delhi Capitals take on Sunrisers Hyderabad on Sunday. There is a huge expected for the game on Monday as Delhi Capitals led by Axar Patel take on some huge names like Rishabh Pant, Nicholas Pooran, David Miller and Aiden Markram.

It has been hot and humid in Visakhapatnam for the last few days. By the time the match begins, the weather will cool down a bit as there will be a natural breeze flowing across the ground. One can expect a full game to be played as there is no threat of rain during the course of the day. By the time the match begins, the temperature is expected to be around 28 degrees with a humidity of 71%. In the second innings, players can expect the humidity to rise to 73% to make it challenging for the players.
