Armando Broja’s move from Chelsea to Ipswich Town has entered a complicated phase even after the former gave the green light for the transfer deal. The star striker was set to join Kieran McKenna's side on loan for the 2024-25 season.
According to the latest report, Broja's move for a fee in the region of £30 million ($39.1 million) is likely to collapse, but Chelsea has no part in it. Ipswich are trying to land the Albania player with an obligation to buy if they avoid relegation to the Championship.
However, it has been learned that the move is in danger of collapsing due to a paperwork issue that occurred at the final stage of the deal. Although the deal has not been terminated, Ipswich are also considering alternative forwards, as per reports.

Everton’s interest in Broja soars as striker’s move to Ipswich looks bleak
Everton have shown interest in signing Armando Broja from Chelsea as the summer transfer window draws to a close. With the star striker's move to Ipswich now looking bleak, they will speed up the process.
Across his 66 appearances in the Premier League, Broja has only been able to score eight goals. However, it has to be noted that the 22-year-old was not a starter in the majority of the matches. Enzo Maresca and Co. are in the process of trimming their 43-man squad and they want to offload Broja before the deadline.

If the Tractor Boys find a way to sign Broja, he will become the 10th player to join them so far this summer. Earlier they purchased Omari Hutchinson, Jacob Greaves, Liam Delap, Sammie Szmodics, Arijanet Muric, Conor Townsend and Ben Johnson on permanent deals. Meanwhile, Jens Cajuste and Kalvin Phillips have arrived on loan from Napoli and Manchester City.
