England have always been the most challenging opponent to face regarding red-ball cricket, especially in their own backyard. Asian countries like India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka have toured England quite a lot of times, but the win percentage has been minimal. The conditions vary from those in the Asian sub-continent, which makes it even more difficult for them to play well.
It was not until recently that India started beating England on their home ground, thanks to Virat Kohli's captaincy. He had a different mindset altogether, which helped the young lads dominate the English team. Recently, Sri Lanka went to England to play a 3-match Test series where the hosts won the series 2-1. However, in the last Test match, the Island Nation dominated the English side and won the game with the help of Pathum Nissanka's 127 runs off 124 balls.
Statistically if we see, India have played the most number of matches (69) in England but have a win percentage of 13.43%. Surprisingly, on the other hand, Pakistan stands second in the list of most played matches, but have the most Test victories against England. Their win percentage is 21.42%. However, Bangladesh have played four matches until now but haven't won a single game.
