According to reports, Michael Jordan spent around $70 million and changed on a new toy for his collection. As to Joe Pompliano, a sports business writer, the six-time NBA champion has lavished money on a brand-new private aircraft.

Chicago Bulls legend is said to have bought a Gulfstream 650ER and lavishly customized it to add his flair. Jordan chose a silver and black paint job with an elephant print design for his new aircraft. On the aircraft's maroon tail, he has also placed his white Jordan brand emblem. Reportedly, the changes came at a cost of half a million dollars.

This is not the first plane that the six-time Finals MVP has owned. A $61.5 million Gulfstream G550 belonged to him in the past. It appears that Jordan loves elephant prints because he had one on his last private jet (albeit it was white and silver rather than black and silver like his most recent acquisition).

In addition, the aircraft's undercarriage and tail had his Jumpman emblem along with a unique registration plate. N236MJ is the license plate he has, paying tribute to his illustrious basketball career. His uniform number is 23, his initials are MJ, and the number six stands for his NBA championships.

Top-of-the-line private aircraft, the Gulfstream 650ER is built to deliver luxury and speed to your destination. With a cabin length of 46 feet and 10 inches and a width of 8 feet and 2 inches, it can accommodate up to 16 passengers. For optimal comfort, the cabin can also feature three or four "living areas." Among these are divans, which encourage rest and productivity by letting users work or even fall asleep by simply reclining their seats.

Michael Jordan had excellent value for his money, as seen by his luxurious and comfortable holiday. The Bulls icon will fly in elegance on his private plane, which stands out from the others because of its unique design and trademark Jumpman insignia.
