Despite the fact that NBA training camps have not even begun, Dallas Mavericks star Kyrie Irving already seems to be in midseason condition. Irving was spotted playing basketball at a children's program while on his current trip to China. But as Kyrie Center notes, he wasn't taking it easy, showing off his exceptional handling.
Arguably, Kyrie is the greatest ball handler of all time. According to several NBA players, Kyrie is the hardest player to cover. It gets harder to guard him since he can distribute and shoot three points well. Irving is also a fantastic finisher around the hoop. Another significant update is provided by the footage of Irving from Friday. In July, Kyrie had a hand injury that required surgery. Nothing was definite, but it was anticipated that he would be ready to go before the 2024–25 season. Irving's presence on the ground is a positive indication.

If the injury was so bad, he wouldn't be playing hoops at this time. Maybe in early October, Kyrie Irving will be prepared for training camp. After the 2023–24 season, Irving now has a whole season of experience with the Mavericks. Alongside Luka Doncic, he was essential in helping Dallas make it to the NBA Finals. But the Mavs' loss to the Boston Celtics in the Finals gave Irving and the club even more fuel for the upcoming season.
Kyrie Irving played huge role in Dallas Mavericks reaching NBA Finals
Irving played 58 games in his first full season with the Dallas Mavericks, averaging 25.6 points, 5.2 assists, and 5.0 rebounds. In addition, he made 49.7 percent of his field goals and 41.1 percent of his three-pointers.
