During the Toronto Raptors game versus the Los Angeles Lakers, RJ Barrett, a star of the team, a second glance to ascertain that a Game of Thrones actor Jamie Lannister was seated courtside. To play LeBron James and company, the northern team traveled to the City of Stars on Sunday to play at Crypto.com Arena.
When the Canadian saw that Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, who plays Jamie Lannister in the classic series, was present, he went towards the Toronto Raptors bench to celebrate a possible three-point play after being fouled while making a basket in the first quarter. Barrett comically had to do a double take to make sure his eyes weren't playing tricks on him, and cameras captured this moment.

While LeBron James' response to his presence, meanwhile, made Coster-Waldau laugh. From a different perspective, Barrett was also seen saying, "Game of Thrones?" before grinning and making his way to the free-throw line to sink his bonus point. Several celebrities, including Ben Affleck, Halsey, and Jessica Alba, were present at the arena. The Game of Thrones star, however, was the one who had Barrett star struck in hostile territory.
Los Angeles Lakers defeated Toronto Raptors
Unfortunately, the Los Angeles Lakers defeat the Toronto Raptors 123-103. With 18 points apiece, Chris Boucher and Barrett led Toronto in scoring; the latter scored from the bench. Grady Dick and Jakob Poeltl each scored 14 points, while Ochai Agbaji scored 16. In addition, Poeltl recorded eleven boards for the double-double. James, however, led the Lakers to victory with a triple-double of 19 points, 15 assists, and 10 rebounds.
With six assists, Austin Reaves scored a game-high 27 points, while Anthony Davis finished the game with 22 points. Prior to their November 13 game against the Grizzlies, the Lakers had improved to 6-4. The Raptors, however, were dropped to 2-9 prior to their matchup with the Bucks on the 12th in the NBA Cup's opening round.
