New York Knicks' injury report includes two key variables heading into Game 7 against the Indiana Pacers. Starting guard OG Anunoby, who has been sidelined since Game 2 with a hamstring strain, was upgraded to doubtful on the Knicks' injury report Saturday. According to reports, he is scheduled to go through a shootaround on Sunday, with the club making a game-time decision.

Josh Hart is also classified as doubtful due to an abdominal strain suffered in the Knicks' crushing Game 6 loss. Hart exited the game during the fourth quarter and did not return. Both players have significant importance for the Knicks. The club hasn't looked the same since losing Anunoby, who led the team to a regular-season record of 20-3. Since his injury, Indiana has won three of four Eastern Conference semifinal games.

Hart's greatest noticeable influence comes from his playing time. New York Knicks head coach Tom Thibodeau had Hart play every minute of the team's victories in Games 1 and 2, as well as 43 minutes in Game 3. Hart didn't see much action in a blowout defeat in Game 3 and a landslide win in Game 4, but he did play 31 minutes on Friday before exiting with the injury.

New York Knicks injury list goes on

The Knicks looked powerful in the playoffs, owing in part to a tighter rotation, but the drawback is greater wear and tear and the impact of injuries. With the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference finals, the Knicks can only hope that both players remain healthy and available.

This season, the Knicks have gone 26-5 with Anunoby in the lineup. He had been labeled as out for every game since his injury. The New York Knicks are already without All-Star forward Julius Randle, as well as crucial backups Mitchell Robinson and Bojan Bogdanovic. Game 7 is set at 3:30 p.m. ET on Sunday at Madison Square Garden.
