Los Angeles Lakers wasted a 20-point lead and lost Game 2 to the Denver Nuggets on Monday night. Defeatism has struck, as the Lakers currently trail the reigning NBA champs 2-0. Now, it appears like the players and coaches are about to turn on each other.

As per Sports Illustrated Anthony Davis stated his feelings after Game 2, "We have stretches where we don't know what we're doing on both ends of the floor." It seems like that might be an issue during a competitive playoff game. And, honestly, after watching the Lakers this season, that would make a lot of sense.

Later on, Wednesday Los Angeles Lakers head coach Darvin Ham came up with a response to Anthony Davis's statement. According to Sports Illustrated, he stated that, "I just think sometimes plays don't turn out the way you think they should. The frustration sets in a little bit," Ham said. "But I don't think it's, for us, not being organized. I think I have incredibly talented coaches all along my staff and we pride ourselves on, whether it's a practice or shootaround, games, whatever, we pride ourselves on being highly efficient and organized. So I would just chalk that up to being frustrated, you know it's an emotional game the way it ended and all of that. But I'll agree to disagree on that one."

This isn't exactly an "agree to disagree" issue. Either the Lakers understand what they're doing or they don't. Either way, it's a problem. If they know what they should be doing but aren't doing it, that's a problem. If they don't understand what they're meant to be doing, that's also an issue.

Los Angeles Lakers are currently losing 10 consecutive games versus the Nuggets, an incredible run of dominance for Denver. Nikola Jokić and his colleagues have mastered Los Angeles and consistently deliver results. The Lakers are naturally frustrated and have begun sniping against one another.
