LeBron James had an intense practice session with the USA squad ahead of the Paris Olympics 2024. The experienced one was seen talking regularly during the session to try and get the players motivated to push above their limits. James asked the players to maintain the momentum and have better passes in between each other.

As the Los Angeles Lakers player was in great momentum, the rest of the players tried to maintain it too. It helped the overall productivity of the practice session. James found no difficulty in netting a couple of balls and asked his teammates to stop him from doing so. The intense session was observed by the fans who felt it was great to see.

During the session, James and Stephen Curry had a bit of discussion. As Curry seemed to be the most chilled one among the two, LeBron put hard yards in the session. Other players seemed to try and manage the intensity of the star player. The USA seemed to have a good session where they got to regroup as a team ahead of their medal defence.

Will LeBron James be found in the defensive unit?

In the video, some fans have observed that LeBron was trying to play the defensive role. They felt it was interesting as he did not take the role in the NBA. They felt it might help the team given a plethora of scorers in the starting 5 and among the backups. It is to be seen whether the former gold medalist will be up for the defensive role for the balance of the team.

James had a rollercoaster of a season with the LA Lakers. Although his team could not attain the glory, James had a good comeback in the season after not doing well in the first few matches. The current form has given LeBron a lot of confidence ahead of the Paris Olympics 2024. His experience will be key for the USA to retain the gold medal.
