LA Clippers fined $25000 due to failure of reporting injuries in the sqaud

The LA Clippers were on a high this season after they managed to finish 4th in the Western Conference of the league to clinch a division final spot where they will be playing against the Dallas Mavericks. Despite a few disappointing games in the middle, the team will still be happy that they manage to get a shot for a division title. They will also be tested against a great Dallas Mavericks team as well.

The last game they played was against the Houston Rockets against whom they lost by a score of 116-105. This was really a tough loss for the Suns who would have wanted to go into the 6 game series with a win. The Clippers were facing a lot of problems in the game and it did not result in their favour at all. Unfortunately that is not the only problem they are facing right now.

Suns fined 25k for failed injury reports in the game

The Clippers were evidently not at their best in the game against the Rockets where they failed to get past the Rockets as they were only ahead in the 3rd quarter of the game. They were also missing some big names in the team where the likes of Russel Westbrook, Paul George and Norman Powell could not play due to injury. This also resulted in the league fining the team $25000 for failing to report the injuries of the following players. According to the statement by the league none of the players were listed in the recent injury reports prior to the game.

This is really a very disappointing moment in the league for the Clippers where they have faced a lot of problems. This also does not look good with a big series game coming up as well. They will be hoping that Kawhi Leonard, who has been out of the game due to a knee injury, can finally show up in the first game on monday. These are desperate times for the team and they will need all the luck possible going forward in the league.
