Since 2020, during his second NBA season, Miami Heat star Tyler Herro has been dating Katya Elise Henry. Herro, who was chosen by the Heat with the 13th overall pick in the 2019 NBA Draft, is raising a family and living the good life. The two children of Tyler Herro and Katya Elise Henry were born in 2021 and 2023, respectively. After Monday night's Miami Heat game against the Detroit Pistons, Henry posted pictures of her family on Tuesday afternoon.

'Just Us' by DJ Khaled, featuring SZA, was playing as Henry posted a video of her family posing for the picture on her Instagram story. As they left Kaseya Center to the players' game, Herro and Henry bumped into the photographers. With Monday night's 106-98 victory over the Detroit Pistons, the Miami Heat moved up to 2-1 through their first three games of the 2024–25 season, giving the Herro family much to celebrate. With 19 points on seven of 20 shots, Herro finished third among Heat players in terms of scoring.
