On 10th April Wednesday Giannis Antetokounmpo left the mid-game with an injury as Milwaukee Bucks announced that his Achilles tendon is completely intact. Later it was revealed that he had injured his left calf. Due to this injury, Giannis Antetokounmpo will miss the last three games for Milwaukee Bucks and it’s not confirmed yet whether he will be available for playoffs. An MRI report confirmed that he is diagnosed with a left calf strain and will return to play after how his injury recovers.

During the game Boston Celtics Giannis Antetokounmpo was injured in the third quarter. But his injury didn’t stop the Milwaukee Bucks winning the game by 104-91. Before leaving the game due to injury he scored 15 points, gave seven assists, and eight rebounds.

However, Milwaukee Bucks winning the game didn’t help them to move to No.1 in the Eastern Conference as they are placed in the No.2 position below the table toppers Boston Celtics. In regular season Milwaukee Bucks will play three games against Orlando Magic, Oklahoma City Thunder and again facing Orlando Magic on Sunday.

Meanwhile, the quarterfinals of the conference will start on 20th April. While two-time NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo has an average of 30.4 points per game and 11.4 rebounds per game in his sixth season.

Injuries concerns for Milwaukee Bucks

Though Antetokounmpo avoided a fatal, season-ending injury, his absence for any period might be a significant blow to a Bucks club that has battled down the stretch. Milwaukee Bucks win on Tuesday snapped a season-high four-game losing run, and the team is now 7-10 since March 6, ranking ninth in the East.

The Bucks have also battled with several critical injuries this season, the most notable being Khris Middleton's ankle strain, which put away the three-time All-Star for 16 games before returning in mid-March. Since February 4, Milwaukee's top three players, Antetokounmpo, Middleton, and Damian Lillard, have been available for only five of its 30 games.
