Derrick White talks about his conversation with Jaylen Brown after getting a call-up for the Olympic team

As per Pink Villa, White recounted the conversation, stating, “Jaylen gave me a call and I was like, ‘Yeah, you didn't need to call me. I know we're good.’ He called me and said he just wanted to clear things up, and I told him we were all there was never any problem or issue with us, for sure. He's a hell of a player, and I've never had a bad thing to say about JB.”

Brown's dissatisfaction stemmed from feeling neglected by Team USA, despite being the defending Finals MVP. However, he insisted that his fury was not intended at White, noting that his colleague was not to blame for the circumstance.

In a similar vein, Brown stated that he immediately phoned White to reinforce their strong relationship.
