But the thing that attracted us the most was Bagnaia’s white livery-themed Ducati GP25 bike. The white colour for his bike was personally asked by the former 2-time world champion and the team granted what he wished for with a full white livery.

The reason for opting for white livery

After the session bagnaia met with the press and talked about his GP 25 bike testing. The rider had only positives for his new bike which he felt was more powerful than his existing GP24 Ducati bike. The one thing he mentioned negative was some brake power which the team will sort out before the 2025 season starts.

He was also asked the reason why he chose full white when his teammate wanted it to be full red. Bagnaia answered by remembering one of the historical moments in Ducati's MotoGP history. The 2 time world champion remembered Casey Stoner the former Ducati rider and world champion. Stoner used the white livery during his home race in Philip Islands, Australia in 2009. He won his home race for the third consecutive season ahead of Championship leader Valentino Rossi and Jorge Lorenzo.

The Italian wants to bring back that iconic livery in his bike which he is a big fan. After all these years using the Red coloured livery which is Ducati’s inspiration. Bagnaia wants to try some new liveries next year. He was also suggested by media personnel to use the livery at least on the Philip Islands and the Italian promised he would do so if possible.
