The 2021 Formula 1 season is a Favourite to many fans as it had the most intense battle between the then reigning world champion Lewis Hamilton and Current world champion Max Verstappen. Both the drivers competed with a fierce attitude in every race which ended controversially in Abu Dhabi. But before Abu Dhabi, it was Jeddah which saw an intense title fight between Lewis and Max.
Red Bull's Verstappen and Mercedes's Hamilton contested with full fire and grit in the Inaugural race at the Jeddah Street circuit which is very tight and Narrow like singapore. But unlike singapore which is slow Jeddah is a very fast circuit with many narrow straights.
Even a small error will cause heavy losses to the teams and drivers. Lewis Hamilton qualified as the fastest and took the pole during the race. Max Verstappen needed to qualify as the fastest and he gave us one of the perfect pole laps before crashing in a high-speed corner.

Max Verstappen started his qualifying and was flying throughout the lap but at one high-speed corner, his rear just slid and hit the wall ending his qualifying session to a halt. It was an almost perfect lap and remains one of the greatest driving skills ever on display. we can also see Jos Verstappen hitting the bench of disappointment.
Hamilton without knowing anything asks his mechanics about Verstappen’s qualifying. Mercedes Mechanics breaths out and tells Hamilton about Verstappen's almost perfect lap with some appreciation and tells him he qualified first ahead of Verstappen.
2021 is the only year in Formula 1 Where two drivers who are in a title contention went to the final race with the same points after a long time. The season was enjoyable with Max and Hamilton fighting hard for the driver's title. It is even more enjoyable with Toto and Horner's mouths slamming each other supporting their respective drivers. Max Verstappen is currently in the hunt for his fourth world title this year. If he wins he will equal former world champion Sebastian Vettel in the Number of championships and will also equal him in the Red Bull team.
