The VCARB driver Liam Lawson and Red Bull driver Sergio Perez had a great battle during the Mexican Grand prix. It was the Home race of Checo and he was looking to score some points for his team after a disappointing qualifying session. But he started slightly ahead of the line during the race start which brought him a 5-second penalty. The trouble didn't end there as he was surpassed by many due to his penalty and was trying to get back lost positions.

He was caught in a tight battle with VCARB driver Liam Lawson in which he got his floor damaged and lost positions. Stroll, Bottas every other driver overtook Sergio Perez and it was not the end. The VCARB driver overtook Checo and did something very nasty.

During his overtake of Perez he showed some finger actions to Perez which is very humiliating for a race winner like Perez. Liam Lawson was fighting for his VCARB seat next year which changed him to be ruthless in his driving. He pushed the Red Bull driver off the track and damaged his underfloor. Earlier in the US GP Liam Lawson was battling with Fernando Alonso and he pushed him off the track which cost him two positions.
Again in the race, Liam Lawson had a battle with another rookie Franco Colapinto. Lawson again pushed Colapinto off the track. But the Argentinean came back and overtook Lawson in the corner. During that, he damaged Lawson’s Front wing.

Lawson had to pit for changing his front wing and again rejoined the track and completed the race at 16th. Many fans call Liam Lawson childish and being so rude to his seniors. The New Zealander is seen as the next potential replacement for Red Bull’s driver seat alongside Max Verstappen.
Yuki Tsunoda and Liam Lawson will have some intra-team battles in the last four races of this season to hold their Formula 1 drivers' seats at VCARB till next year. They will also be testing this year's Red Bull cars after the Completion of the Abu Dhabi Grand prix this year.
