The United States Grand Prix began with a whirlwind of action as Ferrari's Charles Leclerc made a bold and stunning move to seize the lead in the opening lap, overtaking Max Verstappen and Lando Norris. The chaotic start to the race saw Norris, who had started from pole position, unable to fend off the attacks from both Verstappen and Leclerc, allowing the Monegasque driver to steal the show early on.

As the lights went out, Norris struggled to cover Verstappen's aggressive move down the inside into Turn 1. However, as the Red Bull driver seemed poised to take the lead, Leclerc capitalized on the scuffle between the pair. He executed a brilliant manoeuvre to sweep past both of them and take control of the race. In an unexpected twist, Verstappen found himself in second place, while Norris, after his unfortunate start, dropped down to fourth behind Carlos Sainz.

Here is the video of the race start:

Leclerc's move was a masterclass in timing and precision, as he took advantage of Norris and Verstappen's intense battle to push his Ferrari ahead. "Through goes Leclerc!" the commentators exclaimed as the Ferrari star raced through Turn 1. The excitement in the Ferrari garage was palpable, as they saw their driver charge into an early lead with Verstappen close behind.

Meanwhile, Norris' dream of defending his pole position quickly turned into a nightmare. Having started at the front of the grid, he could not hold off the relentless pressure from the two title contenders, with Carlos Sainz also eyeing an opportunity to advance.

Sainz, driving with aggression, soon launched an attack on Max Verstappen for second place, putting the reigning champion on the back foot. Verstappen momentarily ran wide, raising speculation over whether he might need to concede the position.
