'Smile a little bit'- WATCH: Ferrari boss Fred Vasseur captures Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc in camera

Ferrari captured Lewis Hamilton with the help of Team Principal Fred Vasseur, but Hamilton didn't like him as his photographer during the team photoshoot.

If you ask any Formula 1 fan: Which team has the strongest driver pair? And they will give you one single answer which is ‘Ferrari’. Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc are the strongest and the most destructive duo. But all this happened because of only one man. Ferrari team principal Fred Vasseuer is the man behind all of this and without him, Lewis wouldn't have accepted the Ferrari offer.

Nobody thought Ferrari would sign Lewis when they already have the best pair of Carlos Sainz and Charles Leclerc. With the signing, Ferrari’s market value skyrocketed to 6% in a single day. The man brought the most successful driver in Formula 1 to Ferrari in a multi-year deal, which many believe to be three years. 

Ferrari Boss turns into a Photographer

The Frenchman wanted to enjoy every moment and was involved too much during the driver photoshoot. Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton were standing for the photoshoot and suddenly Fred Vasseur took the camera and both the drivers were shocked to see him. Fred called “Het Charles, you can smile a little bit.” But he messed up while capturing the picture. Lewis Hamilton replies “Thank god, you are not the photographer.” Hamilton also suggests “You are supposed to look through the hole no?”

Charles comes in for the defence of Fred and says “No. He is looking at the screen just like a beginner.” Then Fred arrives to take a picture with the two drivers, pats Hamilton and says “Smile a little bit.” Ferrari signing Lewis Hamilton is the biggest deal, they have done in the last 20 years.

This year will be the toughest season in the hybrid era, as many predict it to be a four-way battle. Ferrari fought for the constructors championship in the F1 2024 season against McLaren and finished second. They were the second-fastest team and this year they will look to end their championship drought with either Lewis or Charles.
